The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, the data was analyzed using a quantitative approach with statistical analysis, namely Partial Least Squares - Structural Inquiry Model (PLS-SEM) to create a path analysis with latent variables. The research analysis technique used a quantitative approach based on statistical analysis with the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. With a holistic approach, it is hoped that this article will provide a comprehensive guide for decision makers in designing and implementing a sustainable performance evaluation system. Through the implementation of the right strategy, the government can achieve significant performance improvements across agencies, bringing positive changes to public services.

Authors: Wachjudi Imam Santoso, Fadli Arya Putra, Gigih Arif Setiawan
Source: International Journal of Latest Research in Engineering and Management, pp 37 - 52, Vol 09 - No. 01, 2025
Abstract: This study aims to assess the impact of mutation patterns and the work environment on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of work motivation. The study focused on employees at the West Semarang Pratama Tax Service Office. With a population of 135 employees, the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 101 respondents. Data collection was conducted via a questionnaire distributed directly to the respondents. The questionnaire, structured using a Likert scale, aimed to gauge respondents' perceptions of each research variable. The data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, which is effective for testing models with complex inter-variable relationships and measuring both direct and indirect effects. The findings revealed that mutation patterns have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, the work environment positively affects employee performance, mutation patterns influence work motivation positively, and the work environment also significantly influences work motivation. Additionally, work motivation was found to mediate the effects of mutation patterns and the work environment on employee performance. These results suggest that mutation patterns and the work environment not only directly influence employee performance but also have an indirect effect through work motivation as a mediating variable. Therefore, enhancing work motivation is crucial in strengthening the relationship between mutation patterns, the work environment, and employee performance.

Authors: Riko Hendrawana, Sahat VP Silalahi
Source: International Journal of Latest Research in Engineering and Management, pp 53 - 61, Vol 09 - No. 01, 2025
Abstract: During the 1995-2020 period, yields on the West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil price index fluctuated widely, resulting in risk encountered by investors through volatility. Thus, investors should minimize the risk by using derivative instruments as a hedging tool, namely options. This research aimed to compare the accuracy of the Black Scholes and GARCH option models on index options based on data from the 1995-2020 WTI Oil Commodity Price Index using the long straddles strategy. This research employed quantitative methods with comparative and descriptive approaches. Option accuracy was analyzed using the smallest percentage of average root mean squared error (AMSE). The findings revealed that, in the one-month model option, GARCH was more accurate for call by 1.90%. Meanwhile, the Black Scholes model was more accurate for put by 1.56%. The Black Scholes model was more accurate for put by 6.38% in the three-month option. Then, the GARCH model was more accurate for call by 8.13%
